Support NetSuite Customers and Implement SquareWorks’ Bundles

Responsibilities will range from providing front-line NetSuite customer support to leading multiple NetSuite bundle implementations. Working remotely is an option. Our office is located in Downtown Crossing / Financial District at 101 Arch Street in Boston, MA.

Overview of Position

We’ll rely on you to:

  • Provide front-line support for our NetSuite client base via email and/or phone. Work with business users and respond to functional questions and/or inquiries. Often this includes helping clients get familiar with NetSuite’s functionality.
  • Assist NetSuite customers in reviewing and troubleshooting technical problems and work with NetSuite’s Technical Support as needed to resolve problems
  • Document the resolution to common issues and update SquareWorks’ Knowledge Base
  • Lead bundle implementation projects independently. Bundles are pieces of reusable software we’ve built that customers purchase and install into their NetSuite account. See our NetSuite Bundles for examples of the bundles we offer.
  • Hold kick-off meetings with our bundle customers for each implementation project.
  • Install and configure bundles in customers’ NetSuite accounts. Delegate configuration work to our software team as needed.
  • Learn the technical skills required to install and configure our bundles on your own. You will pick up NetSuite configuration, HTML, CSS and some Javascript skills as part of this role.
  • Stay on top of concurrent bundle implementation projects, ensuring projects stay on track and customers are happy.
  • Hold reoccurring meetings with our customers, take notes and send out action items to customers.
  • Document customers’ requirements for their bundle implementations.
  • Continually improve our bundle implementation process and customer facing documentation (e.g. user guides) over time.
  • Document bugs and feature requests identified while working with customers (using JIRA).
  • Assist our software team with bundle testing as needed.
  • Work with our software team to help continually improve our bundle offerings.

You’re the ideal fit if:

  • You have experience providing front-line customer service (email & phone), especially in the software industry (ERP, Business Applications).
  • You have great communication skills.
  • You are extremely proficient in Excel, Outlook and the rest of the Microsoft suite of products
  • You are comfortable understanding HTML, CSS and Javascript (optional) – or have limited experience but are eager to learn on the job.
  • You are comfortable in the software industry, particularly in ERP or Business Applications, and want to be in similar environments
  • You have great attention to detail, are reliable, accurate, enthusiastic, energetic and positive
  • You take initiative with little direction; you aren’t afraid to speak up when you need clarification to execute your duties well and on-time
  • Your former colleagues and peers say that you love a challenge, aren’t afraid to roll up your sleeves, bring new ideas to the table, and look at processes with a critical eye to figure out how to be more efficient or effective
  • You are highly responsive and naturally prioritize client needs and requests
