Bernardo is a passionate, dynamic, high-energy leader and founder of SquareWorks Consulting. With more than 10 years of experience in the ERP industry, Bernardo has successfully managed and implemented Business Systems around the world. Customer implementations include countries such as the United States, Canada, Mexico, United Kingdom, New Zealand and Australia. His prior professional experience includes working for EnerNOC, Inc. a publicly-traded Energy Intelligence Software company where he led the Finance and HR Applications Teams through various successful software implementations, including the deployment of NetSuite as the company’s core ERP. Prior to EnerNOC, Bernardo worked for Epicor Software Corporation as a Consultant where he participated in more than 40 ERP projects across 7 countries.
Bernardo has a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communications and an MBA with a concentration in Technology and Innovation from Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts.

Kevin brings over 40 years of leadership experience, including the oversight of multiple ERP implementations throughout his career of both, on premise and SaaS software packages. Kevin currently consults through Bligh Consulting offering a full range of interim financial support services which include interim financial management, ERP implementation, acquisition due diligence, forecast/budgeting, IPO preparation, SEC reporting and BOD/ Audit Committee assistance. Most recently he was the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Jerome’s Furniture, a furniture retailer with 21 home furnishing locations in southern California and is a member of several company boards. Previously, he was the CFO of Vionx Energy Corporation, a supplier of grid scale energy storage solutions and the Chief Accounting Officer of EnerNOC, Inc., a publicly traded energy management company. His other prior positions include an independent consultant, providing financial and accounting guidance to several publicly traded and privately held companies, General Manager and CFO of Blue Raven Technology, Inc. (formerly Pre-Owned Electronics, Inc.), a privately held computer and technology company and CFO of Manager Software Products, Inc., a privately held software company. Kevin began his career at Arthur Andersen LLP, where his last position was Senior Manager.
Kevin is a Certified Public Accountant, a Chartered Global Management Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Bentley University.

Sorena brings over 30 years of senior financial and operations management experience in a variety of industries, including manufacturing, software and service businesses. She is currently the Vice President of Finance at Dalkia Energy Solutions.Prior to Dalkia Energy Solutions, Sorena specialized in process-oriented consulting, leading significant organizational change transitions for small to mid-sized companies. She has successfully managed multiple systems implementations and upgrades throughout her career. Earlier in her career she held senior finance roles in several different start-up companies. Sorena began her career in accounting as a senior auditor with KPMG, while earning her CPA. Sorena is also a veteran of the U.S. Navy.
Sorena has both an MBA and Master of Science in Accounting at Northeastern University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Tulane University.

Tim brings over 20 years of business experience in the cloud software and professional services industry. Tim is currently the CEO of Ironside, a leading cloud, data, and analytic solution provider, which he founded in 1999. Throughout his time with Ironside, Tim has helped customers use technology solutions to optimize their business processes and help them accomplish more. Ironside has received numerous awards under the leadership of Tim, including IBM North American Business Intelligence Partner of the Year in 2015, as well as named one of the Fastest Growing Companies in Boston by the Boston Business Journal. In 2014, Tim was named as a finalist in Ernst and Young’s Entrepreneur of the Year for his success in innovation, financial performance and commitment to his business and community.
